Order Payment

The Aqua Verdi online store uses PayPal order payment, so as you proceed through checkout you will be redirected to a PayPal page to complete your transaction with account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payment.

PayPal has a number of useful payment features including secure, easy checkout and buyer & seller protection.

Order Shipping

We ship orders to domestic (USA) addresses with USPS Priority Mail, a service that provides relatively economical shipping, 2-3 day delivery and order tracking. Most orders will ship within 48 hours, although weekends and holidays can prolong this period. Orders including live plants will only ship Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays in order to avoid delivery delays near the destination.

Live plants are not available for shipping to CA, OR, WA, AK or HI.

When we purchase postage for your order, you will receive an automatic email ship notice with the shipping label tracking number and ship date. Follow the link in the email to see the parcel's progress and estimated delivery date.
